AIM for Dallas

The Affordable Infill Housing Model (AIM) for Dallas is a program which promotes innovative practices and concepts in order to increase the number, the quality and the pervasiveness of low and middle income housing in Dallas, ultimately increasing housing and neighborhood choice for those households.

AIM for Dallas is also in the process creating a new and innovative investment module for preserving affordable housing in the City.
