City of Dallas MAP Program - The City of Dallas Mortgage Assistance Program (MAP) has provided a program for families purchasing homes within the city limits of Dallas with funding from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). To date, the City of Dallas has assisted with the closing and funding of more than 7,700 loans.

These loans and down payment assistance programs are available through a network of lenders across the state.
Neighborhood LIFT for Texas - Provides eligible homebuyers with $15,000 in down payment assistance on qualified properties.
The Texas Bootstrap Loan Program - The Texas Bootstrap Loan Program is a self-help housing construction program that provides very low-income families (Owner-Builders) an opportunity to purchase or refinance real property on which to build new housing or repair their existing homes through "sweat equity."
Texas Veterans Program - Eligible Texas Veterans have an opportunity to purchase a home with a competitive, low-interest loan with little or no down-payment. Veterans, military members and their spouses may receive up to $417,000 on a fixed-rate loan for 15, 20, 25 or 30 year terms*. Veterans with a VA service-connected disability rating of 30% or greater qualify for a discounted interest rate.
